Details: The Term Caretaker position falls under the NSUPE collective agreement. The collective agreement can be accessed by clicking HERE. Rate of Pay: The Hourly Rate for this position is $22.78. All term employees will receive 90% of the above rate for the duration of the term in accordance with Article 21.08 of the NSUPE Collective Agreement.

Any probationary employees will receive 90% of the above rate of pay for the duration of the probationary period in accordance with Article 6.06 of the NSUPE Collective Agreement.
